For all Adelaide Deliveries we use a company called APD, this helps us with a next day delivery service. | Applies to Metro Adelaide only | With this service signature is required, Parcels will not be left without someone to sign for the parcel.

Australia Wide Delivery - Australia Post
Depending on what service you select, we have an express and standard service. With this service signature is required, Parcels will not be left without someone to sign for the parcel. Please use Australia post website and enter in your tracking number.

Australia - Deliveries for orders over the value of $150 are free!

Orders under $150 will incur a Delivery charge.

If you select In-store Pick up, please allow at least 24 hours for your item to be available for pick up. Alternatively you can call the store to check whether its available for pick up sooner than the 24 hour time frame. Just make sure you bring in your order confirmation via email. 

Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a tracking number.

| Returns |

Every order will be provided with a refund if purchased for the full price. If your item has a discount or is a sale item we will provide you with a exchange. If the item is faulty it will need to be sent back|brought back for us to assess 

We are happy to provide full priced items with a refund and or exchange or store credit if the goods are returned with in 14 days of ordering and are in sellable condition.

Sale items are unable to be returned for a refund, unless the item is faulty . We can only offer an exchange or issue you a credit note. This policy does not apply for in store purchases and only for purchase made online.

Returns should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, at the customer's own expense. Thrive does not cover returns cost. 

Store credit notes will be valid for 3 Years.
